Forest Parties

Harlequin forest parties are the BEST way to enable your child and their friends to run around, have a great time and build life-long memories

The best forest parties are for 12-15 children.  We can cater for any age and adapt the activities and games to suit.

Dependant on your budget, we can manage the whole event from arrival to departure, including forest catering, games activities and prizes.  or you can do some or all of these yourself, and essential just hire the fantastic forest location.

Parties can be any day during school holidays and at weekends.  Parties during the school day may be possible but will depend on other Harlequin responsibilities.

Parties start from £150 for two hours, with 12 children.  There would be three Harlequin forest staff for this.

We will discuss with you what type of party you want, we do themes too.

You can choose from (for example):

• Wide games – capture the flag, predator and prey, camouflage
• Badge making using wooden discs. The children can cut their own discs or we can cut them for the children.
• Fire starting
• Marshmallow toasting – need to be aware of children who are vegetarian, vegan, only eat halal products and any allergies.
• Whittling  – relies on children being able to listen to adults and be age appropriate because we use proper knives. We don’t ask the children to be mini adults but they do need to be age appropriate.   It may be necessary to do whittling in groups because of the level of supervision needed.
• Treasure hunt
• Scavenger hunt
• Making little wooden characters.
• Nordic swinging friendship bracelets
• Timed Ninja challenge  (obstacle course)
• Clay faces/monsters/gargoyles. We usually charge extra for this
• Pond dipping
• and much more.

Our goal is to make these really memorable days for our child.

There are some other admin points and terms and conditions, but we can discuss these once you make and enquiry.

Setting Parties

The best indoor parties are for 12-15 children.  We can cater for any age and adapt the activities and games to suit.

Dependant on your budget, we can manage the whole event from arrival to departure, including catering, games activities and prizes.  Or you can do some or all of these yourself, and essentially just hire our premises.

Parties in the setting can be weekends and bank holidays.

Parties start from £150 for two hours, with 12 children.  There would be one Harlequin staff member present throughout.

We will discuss with you what type of party you want, we do themes too.

You can choose from (for example):

• Traditional games – pass the parcel, musical chairs/statues, sleeping lions and so on
• Craft activities
• Treasure hunt
• Scavenger hunt
• and much more.

Our goal is to make these really memorable days for our child.
